Brite Tanks

Brite tanks, also known as bright beer tanks or conditioning tanks, are where the craft beverages are matured, clarified, and can undergo further carbonation. These tanks provide a final holding station where the beverages can stabilize and clear after fermentation, achieving a "bright" clarity. Brite tanks can also serve an important role in the carbonation process, as they can be fitted with carbonation stones that enable the precise infusion of CO2 into the beer. This step is critical because it allows craft beverages to achieve the correct level of carbonation before packaged into kegs, bottles, or cans for distribution and consumption.
