• All shortages and damage must be reported within 3 business days, email: info@gwkent.com
  • Any discrepancy or damages must be noted on freight bill or with FedEx signed by driver at the time of delivery.
  • Please retain merchandise and signed documents.   Carrier has right to inspect so claim can be filed for reimbursement.
  • Without signing damages or shortage, claim will be rejected by carrier.
  • Carriers may impose surcharge for lift gate, delivery appointment and special services at carrier's discretion.
  • GW Kent, Inc. will pass on the surcharge.
  • Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air FedEx Package can be shipped on the day of ordering if order is received by 2 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
  • Please notify us if Saturday Delivery is required upon ordering.
