- Please retain merchandise and signed documents. Carrier has right to inspect so claim can be filed for reimbursement.
- Without signing damages or shortage, claim will be rejected by carrier.
- Carriers may impose surcharge for lift gate, delivery appointment and special services at carrier's discretion.
- GW Kent, Inc. will pass on the surcharge.
- Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air FedEx Package can be shipped on the day of ordering if order is received by 2 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
