Brite tanks are versatile tanks that are used across almost all beverage industries. Our jacketed brite tanks are crafted from 304 stainless steel and come in a variety of sizes. These bright tanks (aka serving tanks or carbonation tanks), are used for carbonating beer, seltzer, water, cider, kombucha, and more. You can even use these tanks in winemaking, especially when there is a need to force carbonate wine or to hold wine under pressure before bottling.
- Design pressure 15 psi
- 4 stainless steel legs with leveling feet
- Material: 304 stainless steel, thickness 11 gauge interior and thickness 14 gauge on cladding.
- Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 250 grit, hygiene surface
- Flanged and dished head top and bottom, 25% head space
- Racking port and discharge port with butterfly valve & fittings
- Shadowless Side manway door. Dual zone cooling jacket
- Polyurethane insulation thickness 1-1/2" for cooling jacket
- CIP arm and spray ball
- Carbonation system - 1" x 8" L. x 2 micron stone with check valve and extension pipe.
- Vacuum & pressure relief valve, Pressure gauge & Thermometer, sample valve included.
- Optional: Purchase temperature controller & solenoid valve
