This floating lid, variable capacity wine tank is made of high quality 304L stainless steel for years of dependable service. Highly polished and sanitary for easy cleaning. Variable capacity tanks are a staple of the wine industry. Grape yields will vary with each harvest, but you can use the same variable capacity tank year after year. Perfect for any size winery. Included with the tank are all the parts needed to make wine. Two 1.5" TC butterfly valves, sample valve, floating lid, inflatable gasket, hand pump to inflate the gasket, TC clamps and gaskets, air vent. Three legs are welded to the bottom of the tank. The inflatable gasket achieves an air-tight seal keeping out damaging air contact. Stainless steel hand pump is included for inflating the lid gasket.
