- Stabisol 300 is a liquid colloidal suspension of silicon dioxide ( SiO2 ) Silicic Acid. It is extremely effective in chillproofing and has been used in production of vegan-friendly beers. The silica/protein complexes form compact sediment cakes that aid in separation from the stabilized beer. Stabisol 30 is a ready to use solution that is convenient to use. Fulfils the requirements of the German Reinheitsgebot.
- Stabilsol 300 is also effective in Cider and Wine, as it removes phenolics and peptides in the juice or finished wine or cider. Similar in use to Bio-Fine ™ and Nalco 1072.
