By contrast, competitor products often are made from recycled or industrial grade glycols. Our Ig-loo glycol heat transfer fluid is made with the highest industry purity propylene glycol combined with long lasting, food safe, corrosion inhibitors.
- Solutions of this propylene glycol in water provide freeze protection to below -50 C ( -60 F ) and burst protection to below -73 C ( -100 F ).
- It is made entirely from food grade raw materials conforming to FDA CFR 21 and NSG guidelines and is acceptable for use as a heat transfer fluid where there is possibility of incidental food contact.
