Pneumatic Proline Corker
Pneumatic semi-automatic corking machine made in Italy by Zambelli. Constructed of 304L stainless steel with a hopper on top that can hold 250-500 corks at a time, depending on size. The corker can be used with both natural corks and synthetic corks. The corks are fed into position automatically and then inserted into the bottle bay a corking pin operated by a pneumatic piston.
The corking machine has no motor or electrical requirements. It needs an air compressor of about 60 gallons, 3 hp, 11.3 or greater CFM, 120-140 psi rate with a pressure regulator. The air compressor is not included.
It takes approximately 3 seconds to cork each bottle. The cork compressing jaws are made of stainless steel. The corker can handle bottles of various sizes. See manual for parameters. Dimensions are 13.4" X 15.7" X 52.4". It weighs approximately 123 pounds.
