Bench top semi-automatic pneumatic crown capper for glass bottles. The machine has no motors or electrical requirements. It is powered by a small air compressor that is not included. The Airmatic capper is made in Italy by Zambelli and is stocked at our warehouse in Michigan. A very cost effective to bottle your beer, cider or other product in glass bottles. The machine can be easily adjusted for bottles of various heights.
• 304 stainless steel, air requirement 4bar @ 7.23 Nl/Min. = 60-90 psi 0.25 cfpm
• Use with diameter 26 mm or 29 mm crown cap.
• Production rate is 500 - 600 bottles per hour.
• Equipped with adjustable height, two lever handle activation and protective bottle cover.
• Spray food grade lubricant to pneumatic cylinder required with each use.
