A new "Next Generation' non-GMO" strain that does not produce any detectable hydrogen sulfide and enhances varietal aromas/flavors.
Platinum is ideal for fermenting at low temperatures of 53 - 65 F. Platinum utilizes 16.5 gram of sugar to produce 1% alcohol, tolerance in range of 15% - 16% with killer activity. Platinum is recommended for fruit-driven red wines.
