Autolees is a blended product containing a specially purified select premium Acacia gum arabic component coupled with a Yeast cell wall preparation which includes mannoproteins. Autolees contributes to wine stabilization through its different components and colloidal properties.
Autolees unique blend can be added to wine to act synergistically in winemaking applications including:
• Improvement of tartrate stabilization.
• Colloidal stabilization of wine components
• Dosage: 50 to 300 ppm as determined by bench trials.
Autolees is a rapidly dissolving powdered product. Solubilize Autolees in 5 to 10 times its weight in water or wine and mix to dissolve thoroughly then add to tank and homogenize total volume. Add up to 48 hours prior to bottling!
