Inodose Effervescent Tablets - 5 Grams

• Pre-measured tablets containing 5 grams of SO2 to make sulfur additions easier, safer and more consistent. 
• Inodose tablets are perfect for adjusting SO2 levels in small tanks and barrels. 
• Inodose tablets start to dissolve immediately upon addition, releasing an exact dose of total SO2. 
• Contains a blend of Potassium bicarbonate and potassium metabisulfite.  The bicarbonate is what makes Inodose tablets “fizz” and mix easily, but with almost no effect on pH.  Stirring is not needed for mixing the SO2 addition because of the effervescent action of the bicarbonate.  This saves time and labor in the cellar. 
• Inodose 5 tablets are each packaged in blister packs keeping them fresh for extended periods of time.  Once the blister has been opened it should be used immediately.
• Inodose 5 tablets can be added directly into wine barrels after the malolactic fermentation is completed.  At harvest time the tablets can be added to picking bins or gondolas to inhibit oxidation of the grapes and juice.  Can be added in to tanks before or after fermentation. 
• Use to make additions of SO2 during aging or during transport to inhibit growth of wild bacteria and yeast.
• Potassium metabisulfite tablets that release 5 g ± 0.5 SO2.
• The blister pack ensures better protection and preservation.
