Complete yeast nutrient by Lallemand. Fermaid K supplies ammonia salts (DAP), alpha amino nitrogen, sterols, unsaturated fatty acids, key nutrients (magnesium sulfate, thiamin, folic acid, niacin, biotin, calcium pantothenate) and inactive yeast cells.
• Fermaid K should be hydrated before adding to an active fermentation to avoid release with carbon dioxide.
• Recommended dosage is 2 lb. per 1000 gallon of wine, timing at 1/3 sugar depletion.
