- The hopper receives the grapes where an auger moves the grapes to the stem remover. The de-stemmed fruit falls on 2 rubber rollers where the gentle pressing takes place. Under the rollers there is an auger for moving the crushed grapes.

- Constructed of sanitary, 304L stainless steel.
- Capacity of 3 to 4 tons of grapes per hour.
- Motor is 3-Phase, 2.5 hp, 220 V, 60 Hz and has a pulley speed variator.
- Removable de-stemming cage, beater arm and double roller crusher. Easy to clean.
- Equipped with full length auger for grape cluster feed.
- Single speed with stainless steel de-stemming cage with beater arm at 520 RPM.
- De-Stemmer cage cylinder is 40” by 9” diameter.
- The rollers are adjustable, mobile and tip-up.
