The chocolate flavor of this malt is complementary when used in higher percentages. It can be used in all beer styles for color adjustment.

Usage Levels

• 1-10% - Porters, Stouts, Brown Ales, Dunkel, and other dark beers

• SRM: 350
• Moisture: 5.5%
