To reduce the time for the stabilization process a small amount of cream of tartar is added to the tank and roused for 1 hour into the cold wine.
4 - 8 grams / liter is recommended dosing rate to achieve stability within 1 hour, in wine at 0 degree C. Pack in 55 lb. bag.
