- Made of 20 gauge 304L stainless steel in Italy by Marchisio, a respected manufacturer of professional winery equipment since 1950.
- This tank is great for fermenting and also for aging.
- The lid can float on the surface of the wine and a gasket inflates to create a seal between the lid and the wall of the tank. Similar to the inner tube on a bicycle tire.
- Includes the floating lid, inflatable gasket, hand pump, airlock vent, rope, tubing, 1.5" TC stainless steel butterfly valve, TC clamp and gasket.
