- Augur is inside the grape hopper to keep the grapes moving along to the rollers, which crush the grapes.
- After the crusher rollers the grapes drop into the de-stemming cage.
- The de-stemming cage has paddles to push the berries through holes in the de-stemming cage.
- The stems are pushed out one end of the machine, while the grapes fall straight down into your bin.
- The crushing rollers are made of food-grade rubber and they are adjustable to suit the berry size.
- Capacity is 2.2 tons per hour.
