White wine fermenter with 2 dimple cooling jackets that wrap around the entire circumference of the tank. Manway door on top with an oval manway door in front.
Made of highly polished 304L stainless steel with 1.5” TC ports and butterfly valves.
Made in Slovenia by Zottell.
• 304 stainless steel interior mirror polished, exterior marble polished. Sanitary construction.
• Top manway diameter 12" and oval side manway with swing-in door.
• Racking valve and discharge valve with 1.5" TC butterfly valve included.
• Sanitary sample valve, side level gauge and thermometer included.
