Variable capacity dual jacket wine tank with side manway door, conical bottom & welded legs. Lifting arm, floating lid and dust cover included. This floating lid, variable capacity wine tank is made of high quality 304L stainless steel for years of dependable service. Highly polished and sanitary for easy cleaning. With 2 cooling jackets this tank achieves efficient cooling even if the tank is not filled up to the top. Side manway door allows for easy clean-out.

The inflatable gasket achieves an air-tight seal keeping out damaging air contact. The mounted lifting arm makes it easy to raise and lower the floating lid. Stainless steel hand pump is included for inflating the lid gasket. The concept is similar to the inner tube on a bicycle tire.
