CIP Rotating Spray Ball - 1.5" Pin-End

This sanitary, low-flow cleaning spray ball rotates and is more efficient than traditional static spray balls.  It uses low volumes of water at low pressure and can be used to clean tanks up to 3,000 gallons. 

The flow of the cleaning liquid causes the head to rotate with fan jets laying out a swirling pattern throughout the inside of the tank.  The rotating spray liquid generates a vibrating impact and cascading flow that efficiently cleans the inside wall of the tank.  Wetting coverage is 10 feet and the impact coverage is 4 feet. 

The spray ball is self-lubricating with the cleaning fluid.

It is recommended to protect the spray ball with a 100 mesh screen gasket so small particles don’t make it into the bearing and cause it to lock up.
