6250L / 1654 Gal. Jacketed White Wine Fermenter

This fermenter is made in Croatia by Letina Inox from 304L stainless steel.

There is a truncated 8” top manway with an air vent.  An oval 14” by 18” manway is on the front of the fermenter making cleanout easier. 

Comes with premium G.W. Kent stainless steel 2” TC butterfly valves, sanitary sample valve, level gauge, thermometer and leveling feet.  The dimple cooling jacket is U-shaped on the back side of the tank, so it covers from the top to the bottom.
