This floating lid, variable capacity wine tank is made of high quality 304L stainless steel for years of dependable service. Highly polished and sanitary for easy cleaning. With one U-shaped cooling jacket on the back this tank achieves efficient cooling even if the tank is not filled up to the top. Front manway door allows for easy clean-out.

The inflatable gasket achieves an air-tight seal keeping out damaging air contact. The mounted lifting arm makes it easy to raise and lower the floating lid. Stainless steel hand pump is included for inflating the lid gasket. The concept is similar to the inner tube on a bicycle tire. Included are adjustable feet and foot pads, lifting arm, inflatable gasket, hand pump, tubing, air vent, rope for lifting arm, high quality G.W.
