- The Basket is made of hardwood. The bladder is made of food-grade rubber.
- Includes wheels for ease of moving.
- Simply fill the press with your crushed fruit, close the lid, then turn on your water supply to inflate the bladder. The bladder will press the fruit against the inside wall of the basket. The juice will run down the side of the basket and into the steel base where it can be collected. Bladder presses use much less pressure than a hydraulic ratchet press, so you extract fewer harsh flavors from the skins and seeds.
