A mixture of nutrients for lactic acid bacteria and wine detoxification agents, facilitating malolactic fermentation start-up, restart and accelerating fermentation kinetics. Malostart can be used on all types of wine: white, rose and red.


•   Property: biological activator of the malolactic fermentation.

•   Dosage: 20 g/hL (200 ppm).

•   Preparation: Dissolve in 10 times its weight in water and add mixture 24 hours before inoculating with bacteria.
