Shipping & Delivery
- • Shipping charges are extra and will be added to invoice. Delivery is for commercial location with standard business hours. Special services, lift gate delivery, re-delivery and re-routing are subject to trucking company fees and policy. Transit time does not include weekend or holidays. Consignee are responsible for trucking fees and delivery arrangement. No residential delivery and we do not supply product for personal use.
- • FedEx next day and 2nd day shipping, order must be received by 2 pm (eastern standard time) for processing & shipping. If Saturday delivery is required, please contact us if service is available in your area. FedEx charge extra fee for Saturday delivery, it's not a standard service.
- • Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report damange or shortage within 3 days by email. Any discrepancy or damages must be noted on freight bill and signed by driver at the time of delivery so trucking company will honor the claim. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss if a freight bill does not note damage or shortage with signature from driver.
Privacy & Security
• Information, phone number & email address collected are for order processing use, we do not sell mailing list to outside company.
• We take precautions to protect your information and use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online. Only company empolyees are granted access to order and personal information.
Returns & Replacements
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with RMA number will be emailed to you and please included RMA with return product. Please email us, company name, invoice number, item & quantity to obtain RMA.
• Returned merchandise subject to 25% re-stocking charge and freight expenses. All return merchandise must be brand new with origional packing material and sellable. No credit will be allowed for used or un-sellable merchandise.
• Machinery, tanks, pumps, instruments, and products subject to manufacturer warranty and repair policy are not returnable.
