The ingredients section of GW Kent’s inventory includes cellar chemicals, fermentation nutrients, malts, oak alternatives, tannins, enzymes and ML cultures, yeast for beer, as well as yeast for wine and cider.

The GW Kent oak products allow brewers to add flavor and character with a wide variety of oak and toast levels for the perfect beer ingredient. All items in inventory are premium oak products made with oak seasoned for 24 months utilizing a unique toasting process to create flavor and aroma without harsh and bitter tannin components. Oak beer ingredients can be placed in a small tank or keg, prior to transfer to the brite tank, to extract oak flavor. Varieties of oak are chips, cubes, powder, barrel sticks, and stave tank insert.

For beer ingredients such as malt, customers are able to select from popular selections including Durst whole kernel malt, Gambrinus whole kernel malt, Briess whole kernel malt, Briess malt extract, and Briess premilled malt. Adjuncts are also available and include dextrose, Briess flaked barley, Briess flaked yellow corn, Briess flaked oats, Briess flaked rye, Briess flaked wheat, Briess flaked rice, and rice hulls.

Gw Kent also has an impressive selection of the ingredients in wine that you’ll need for a successful batch. From the yeast inventory, choose from Fusion Maurivan Wine Yeast, AWRI 796 Maurivin WIne Yeast, AWRI 350 Maurivin WIne Yeast. Maurivin 1503 Wine Yeast, BP25 Maurivin Wine Yeast, and much more.  The chemicals and nutrient ingredients in wine for fermentation can also be found in this section. The inventory includes Go-Ferm, Laffort Malostart, Fermaid K Fermentation Nutrient, Fermaid O Organic Fermentation Nutrient, Laffort Superstart, Laffort Bioactiv Fermentation Nutrient, Laffort Thiazote Fermentation Nutrient.
